slow nothings

my dithering settings

I discovered dithering from ribo.zone and since then I have been obsessed. Because what do you mean I can get sharp and uniform images that take up very little storage?

Today I decided to include dithered images in my book and film reviews. Below is my current process, derived from ribo.zone's instructions.

  1. Download high-quality book covers or movie posters online.
    • I usually get them from Am*zon or IMDB, respectively.
  2. Resize (usually decrease in size) your image using Photopea.
    • I decrease them to 300 px in width while the img width in my CSS is 150 px.
  3. Upload the resized image/s to Dithermark.

The settings I use:

  1. Upload to BearBlog and link it in posts!

That's all! But while you're also here, join me in marveling at ribo.zone's mecha page.
